Wayne is an award winning Realtor® who has been selling country real estate northwest of Toronto for over 30 years. His main focus areas are Dufferin, Wellington and Halton counties which include East Garafraxa, Erin, Mono, Guelph Eramosa, Nassagaweya, Puslinch and Halton Hills. He lives what he sells and loves what he does and believes country living is about heart, love and passion.
In 2021 & 2017 Wayne received the Chairman’s Club award for being in the top one percent nationally of all Royal LePage Realtors. In 2020 & 2019, he received the Red Diamond Award for being in the top two per cent nationally in the residential marketplace. He has also been awarded the Lifetime Award of Excellence for attaining at least the President's Gold Award for 10 out of 14 consecutive years.
Wayne grew up in Port Credit, Mississauga. During the 1970s he played drums in a band and then switched to managing other bands. During his 15 years in the management role, he was also active in the wider music industry and earned a Juno Award in recognition of his time served on the Juno Board of Directors. He also sat on the board of the Canadian Independent Record Production Association. In the late 80s Wayne decided to leave the music industry. Wanting to start a family and provide a happy and healthy lifestyle for his children, he decided to move to a farm in the country and embark on a real estate career. Gradually, Wayne collected an eclectic assortment of animals that appear in his ads and on his website, including an ostrich, emu, camel, kangaroo, llamas, pigs and a zedonk (a zebra/donkey cross) among others.
