Wayne is an award winning Realtor® who has been selling country real estate northwest of Toronto for over 30 years. His main focus areas are Dufferin, Wellington and Halton counties which include East Garafraxa, Erin, Mono, Guelph Eramosa, Nassagaweya, Puslinch and Halton Hills. He lives what he sells and loves what he does and believes country living is about heart, love and passion.

In 2021 & 2017 Wayne received the Chairman’s Club award for being in the top one percent nationally of all Royal LePage Realtors. In 2020 & 2019, he received the Red Diamond Award for being in the top two per cent nationally in the residential marketplace. He has also been awarded the Lifetime Award of Excellence for attaining at least the President's Gold Award for 10 out of 14 consecutive years.

Wayne grew up in Port Credit, Mississauga. During the 1970s he played drums in a band and then switched to managing other bands. During his 15 years in the management role, he was also active in the wider music industry and earned a Juno Award in recognition of his time served on the Juno Board of Directors. He also sat on the board of the Canadian Independent Record Production Association. In the late 80s Wayne decided to leave the music industry. Wanting to start a family and provide a happy and healthy lifestyle for his children, he decided to move to a farm in the country and embark on a real estate career. Gradually, Wayne collected an eclectic assortment of animals that appear in his ads and on his website, including an ostrich, emu, camel, kangaroo, llamas, pigs and a zedonk (a zebra/donkey cross) among others.

Alysha studied Interior Decorating at Sheridan College and graduated in 2014 and started off her design career with an Interior Designer in the GTA. They focused on residential design as well as home staging. Later Alysha joined Mattamy homes working in the Design Center helping home buyers select finishes such as flooring, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, door styles, light fixtures, etc. Alysha enjoyed working as an Interior Decorator but gained an interest in home sales and had the opportunity to work for a Real Estate Brokerage in the country real estate market. She worked as an administrator and then obtained her Real Estate license in 2017.

She enjoys country living on her hobby farm with her many pets including horses and chickens.

Laura brings 8 years of extensive real estate knowledge and experience selling condos, in-town properties and country homes all over Dufferin, Wellington, Peel, Grey, Simcoe and beyond!

Before her real estate career, Laura’s background included Project Management for Canadian Tire Corporation, renovating existing stores and building new stores all over the province. Laura later transitioned into the Store Manager at the Canadian Tire store in Orangeville. After ruling out that owning her own store was no longer her future passion, Laura started her real estate license and never looked back!

After buying her first home in Orangeville, Laura was in love with the journey of home ownership and the idea of helping people find their perfect home! In 2013 Laura started her real estate license and in November of 2014 started her real estate career at Royal LePage RCR, working along side her mom, Terri for many years.

Laura has a Double Major in History and Women’s Studies from Trent University. She currently lives in Orangeville with her husband Dustin and their fur-child Rocky! Growing up in the country, Laura has always had a passion and appreciation for country living! One day soon, they will be looking to make a move to the country, where they hope to grow their family.
